Since 1980, our center has been helping people achieve better health through weight loss and lifestyle change. Education in the areas of nutrition, exercise and behavior modification help you understand how to control your weight and improve your health. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions that you have. Please give us a call at 415-771-1821. We are available to answer questions Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM. After speaking with our staff, you may request an application packet, which includes more detailed information, a physician approval form, and a current fee schedule. New groups start every month.
